Created by a former wrestler, cross-country runner, baseball player, and current powerlifting athlete, this app was built for those who want to get stronger, look better, and be healthy overall. StrongFriends is a comprehensive custom workout builder and tracking app that allows you to:

• Create detailed custom workouts using a combination of pre-loaded and your own custom-created exercises, stretches, and yoga positions and assign them to days in your calendar
• Set timers for rest between sets, set duration, and rest between exercises
• Specify a set type for each set: warm-up, working, 1-rep max, AMRAP (as many reps as possible), or cool-down
• Create or choose from a huge, constantly expanding the library of exercises from various movement types including barbell, dumbbell, body weight, machine, and conditioning
• Create or choose from pre-loaded stretches and yoga positions for the upper body, lower body, and core
• View text and video tutorials for each exercise, stretch, and yoga position including muscles involved, equipment needed, and short and detailed instructions
